  • 60ml Brockmans Gin
  • 1 dash Cardamom Extract
  • 30ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 30ml Homemade Blueberry Jam
  • 7ml Lemongrass Syrup
  • 7ml Juiced Ginger
  • 4 units Mint Picks
  • 30ml Mediterranean Tonic Water


  1. Prepare Lemongrass Syrup by simmering a 1:1 ratio of sugar and water and 2 sliced lemongrass cores for 10 minutes. Cool content and strain into jar
  2. Prepare Homemade Blueberry Jam by mixing 4 cups of fresh blueberries, 1 cup of white sugar, a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and a pinch of ground cinnamon into a saucepan constantly stirring it as it simmers over medium heat until thickened
  3. Chill an Antique Collins Glass
  4. Add Brockmans Gin, 4 mint leaves, Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters, homemade blueberry jam and lemongrass syrup into a shaking tin
  5. Juice a small portion of a ginger root and add to tin
  6. Cut organically grown lemon in half and squeeze juice into tin
  7. Close tin and shake until properly diluted
  8. Empty chilled glass and double strain concoction into it. Top off with Mediterranean tonic water and crushed ice
