Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans gin
  • 20ml blueberry and raspberry purée
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml Simple syrup
  • 40ml raspberry kombucha

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients except the kombucha in the shaker and shake
  2. Pour into a chilled glass and add the kombucha
  3. Garnish with half a blueberry and a dash of angostura
