Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 30ml John D. Taylors Velvet Falernum
  • 20ml fresh Lime Juice
  • 30ml Fresh Pineapple puree
  • 100ml Thomas Henry Grapefruit Lemonade

Method

  1. Fill a Boston shaker with ice cubes
  2. Squeeze out half a lime into shaker
  3. Add all the other ingredients except lemonade
  4. Shake well
  5. Double strain into chilled highball glass with ice cubes
  6. Fill it up with the grapefruit lemonade
  7. Garnish
