Ingredients

  • 35ml Brockmans Gin
  • 15ml Creme de Myrtille
  • 20ml Blackberry Syrup (Monin)
  • 30ml Egg White
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

  1. Measure and pour ingredients into a shaker (Seperate Egg white from Yolk if using fresh eggs)
  2. Dry shake all ingredients
  3. Add cubed ice to shaker
  4. Shake for 5-10 seconds
  5. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass
  6. Serve
