Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans gin
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • 30ml Fresh orange juice
  • 20ml Cramberry liqueur
  • 10ml Egg white
  • 10g Muddled Pomegranate
  • 2 dashes Pechauds bitter
  • 10ml Elderflower syrup

Method

  1. Muddle pomegranate and lime
  2. Put 50ml Brockmans and 30ml fresh orange juice on the rocks in a copa glass
  3. Put the egg white, cranberry liqueur and the elderflower syrup in a Boston shaker
  4. Shake with ice
  5. Pour atop the gin and orange juice
  6. Garnish and serve
