Ingredients
- 44ml Brockmans gin
- 22ml Homemade blueberry cordial
- 14ml Liquor 43
- 14ml Lemon juice
- 1 dash Simple Syrup
Method
- Place crushed ice in the Collins glass, half filled
- Drop a few blueberries in and continue to fill glass with crushed ice
- Add 3/4oz blueberry cordial, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz liquor 43, a splash of simple syrup, 1.5oz Brockmans Gin into a shaker
- Shake!
- Double strain
- Add blueberries on top of the crushed ice
- And garnish with edible micro flowers, blueberries and blackberries on a metal stick
