Ingredients

  • 25g Mango
  • 5g Cherry Tomato
  • 1 drop Pepper and Salt
  • 10ml Lemon
  • 15ml Elderflower Syrup
  • 30ml Brockmans Gin
  • 1 bar spoon Maraschino Liquor
  • 1ml Maraschino Cherry (garnish)

Method

  1. Muddle mango and cherry tomato with salt and pepper
  2. Put lemon juice, elderflower syrup and Brockmans Gin into shaker with the muddled mango
  3. Shake
  4. Double strain into glass
  5. Add a bar spoon of Maraschino liquor and 1 Maraschino cherry
