Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml Coconut rum : kokokanu
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • 4 dashes Basil citric acid

Method

  1. Chill a Nick & Nora glass
  2. Put the Brockmans Gin, coconut rum (Kokokanu), sugar and the basil citric acid into a mixing glass
  3. Stir until the mixing glass is cold and all the flavours are even
  4. Take out the ice from your Nick and Nora glass and pour the drink into the glass
  5. Put the top of the basil into the glass with a spoon
  6. Add 4 to 5 drop of balsamic infused olive oil on the top
  7. And voila! Enjoy!
