Ingredients

  • 40ml Brockmans Gin
  • 45ml White Grape Juice
  • 90ml Homemade Sencha - Butterfly Pea Cold Brew Tea
  • 7.5ml Monin Rose Syrup
  • 7.5ml Fresh Lime Juice

Method

  1. First prepare Homemade Sencha - Butterfly Pea Tea using cold brew process. The ingredients are 10g of sencha tea, 5g of butterfly pea tea, then cold brew in 500 ml. room temp. water for 12 hours. Then after brewing, double strain into carafe the cold brew tea to remove solid tea leaves
  2. In the mixing glass, put 40ml Brockmans Gin, 45ml White Grape Juice, 90ml Cold Brew Sencha - Butterfly Pea Tea
  3. Add 7.5ml Monin Rose Syrup and 7.5ml fresh lime juice with ice
  4. Stir and strain into a champagne glass
