Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 25ml Yuzu Juice
- 20ml Blackberry and Sage Syrup
- 2 dashes Saline Solution
- 2 dashes Mrs. Better’s Miraculous Foamer
Method
- Add all ingredients into Boston tin and dry shake
- Add ice and shake again
- Shake without ice again
- Double strain into duck vessel
