Ingredients

  • 60ml Brockmans Gin
  • 100ml Blueberry-Raspberry Kombucha
  • 50ml Soda water
  • 2 drops Fleur de orange water
  • 1 unit Chips from filtered berry mix puree
  • 1 unit Hypsophyla flower

Method

  1. *Blueberry-Raspberry Kombucha: Combine the juice of 1kg blueberries & 1kg strawberries with 1 litre Ivan tea and kombucha mushroom. Let sit for 3 days. Filter and chill. Add 200ml simple syrup, 2:1 sugar/water, and 3gr citric acid
  2. Combine Brockmans Gin, blueberry-raspberry kombucha, and soda water in cocktail glass
  3. Add ice and stir
  4. Spray fleur de orange water on top
  5. Garnish with chips from berry mix shrub & Hypsophyla flower
