Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml cointreau
  • 10ml orgeat syrup (monin)
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml blue pea syrup (home made)

Method

  1. Chill an old fashioned glass with ice
  2. In a shaker mix Brockmans Gin, Cointreau, orgeat, and lime juice. Add ice and shake
  3. Discard the ice from the glass, and pour in the blue pea syrup first before adding cracked ice
  4. Strain into a glass and add more ice if necessary
