Ingredients

  • 45ml Brockmans Gin
  • 45ml Beetroot Juice
  • 20ml Amontillado Sherry
  • 20ml Cardamom Vanilla Syrup
  • 25ml Cream

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin
  2. Shake with ice cubes
  3. Fine strain into a chilled coupette glass
  4. Garnish with baby breath flower sprig.
