Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 3g Cucumber slice
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Orgeat Syrup
  • 10ml Raspberry Syrup
  • 15ml Sakura Mancino Vermouth
  • 4 dashes Shiso Bitters
  • 60ml Tonic Water

Method

  1. Muddle cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker
  2. Then pour in all ingredients except shiso bitters and tonic water
  3. Shake and strain into a chilled glass
  4. Add 4 dashes of shiso bitters then 60ml of tonic water
  5. Stir once then garnish with dehydrated orange slice
  6. Serve with a smile!
