Ingredients

  • 60ml Brockmans Gin
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Suze Bitter Elabore Liqueur
  • 15ml Greek Mastiha Liqueur
  • 15ml Activated Charcoal Orgeat Syrup
  • 7ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 dash Scrappy’s Bitters Lavender Bitters

Method

  1. In a metal tin begin to build your cocktail starting with 1 dash of lavender bitters
  2. Then add Brockmans Gin, Suze Bitter Elabore, Greek Mastiha, grapefruit juice and lemon juice
  3. Add the activated charcoal orgeat syrup
  4. Place Koldraft ice cubes in tin and shake for 20 seconds
  5. Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with white cotton candy for contrast
