Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 200ml Soda al pompelmo, more e cannella
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

  1. Chill the glass
  2. Pour in Brockmans Gin, fill with ice and top with soda
  3. Add 3 dashes of Angostura
  4. Decorate with grapefruit zest and blackberries
