Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 25ml Blackberry & Rosemary Syrup
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 40ml Cherry blossom tonic
  • 2 dashes Plum bitters

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients (except tonic) with ice
  2. Fine strain over cubed ice into a highball glass
  3. Top with Cherry Blossom tonic water
