  • 45ml Brockmans Gin
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters
  • 7ml creme de cacao
  • 7ml Licor 43
  • 7ml dry curacao
  • 1 unit heavy cream, slightly whipped and flavoured with biscotti liqueur


  1. Add all ingredients except whipped cream into mixing glass
  2. Add ice, stir until cold
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe. Top with a float of the flavored cream and freshly shaved cinnamon
