Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 25ml St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
  • 50ml Pomegranate Juice
  • 40ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 15ml Yuzu Juice

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker, add some ice shake and it properly
  2. Double strain and pour to a nice looking wine glass
  3. For a garnish put a slice of a grapefruit vertically to divide a glass into two halves using one half for pomegranate seeds and the other half for an ice cubes
