Ingredients

  • 60ml Brockmans Gin
  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml Jalapeño rosemary syrup
  • 30ml Grapefruit juice
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters

Method

  1. To create the syrup: use equal parts sugar and water and bring to a boil. Add a cup of sliced jalapeños and 3-4 sprigs of rosemary. Let simmer for 15-20mins or until desired taste
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice
  3. Shake well (10 seconds)
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass
  5. Add garnishes
  6. To flame orange twist: twist and squeeze orange peel over lit match
