Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 40ml Half and half
- 30ml Fresh lime juice
- 30ml Egg white
- 20ml Pink grapefruit syrup
- 4 dashes Aromatic bitters
- 20g Fresh strawberry
- 60ml Soda water
Method
- Chill the highball glass
- Pour all ingredients into shaker except the soda
- Dry shake, then shake with ice
- Double strain into a highball glass with 30ml soda
- Let the drink rest until it forms a head
- Pour the remaining 30ml soda until it gets a disk-like head
