Ingredients
- 60ml Brockmans Gin
- 30ml Blackberry clove syrup
- 30ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15ml Egg white
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a tin and shake with ice
- Strain into a tin and add egg white
- Dry shake and pour into coupe
- Top with crushed pink peppercorn
