Ingredients

  • 35ml Brockmans Gin
  • 15ml Banana Liquor
  • 50ml Apple and Passion fruit shrub
  • 25ml Lemon
  • 20ml Sugar

Method

  1. Add in the shaker 25ml of sugar, lemon, homemade shrub Apple and Passion fruit, and banana liquor
  2. Then add the Brockmans Gin
  3. Shake with ice and pour into a rocks glass
  4. Finish with a banana leaf and 3 apple slices and blackberry
