  • 35ml Brockmans Gin
  • 12.5ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • 12.5ml Passionfruit Liqueur
  • 12.5ml Honey
  • 12.5ml Cranachan Tea Syrup
  • 25ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • 15ml Lime Juice


  1. Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake
  2. Place crushed ice into a martini glass and pour
  3. Garnish with rosemary, edible flowers and a twist of orange
