Ingredients

  • 45ml Brockmans Gin
  • 22ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Home-made Cucumber Syrup
  • 3ml Home-made Dragon Pearl Jasmin Tincture
  • 0.5ml Blure (Flower Extract)
  • 0.5ml Scrappy's Grapefruit Bitters

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a shaker except the Blure
  2. Add ice cubes
  3. Shake vigorously
  4. Double strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice
  5. Add 3 to 5 drops of Blure on top
  6. Garnish with grapefruit peel and flowers
