Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 12.5ml Martini Fiero
  • 25ml Lime
  • 25ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 2 units Strawberries
  • 25ml Tonic

Method

  1. Muddle 2 x strawberries in a shaker
  2. Add 50ml Brockmans Gin
  3. Add 12.5ml Martini Fiero
  4. Add 25ml fresh squeezed lime juice
  5. Add 25ml Vanilla Syrup
  6. Shake all together and double strain into crystal high ball glass over cubed ice
  7. Top with tonic
