Smoked Rosemary Paloma

A decadent, festive twist on one of our favourite libations. The sumptuous smoothness of Brockmans Agave Cut with grapefruit juice, lime, and soda shaken with a touch of rosemary syrup to make for a perfectly balanced, light and zesty cocktail. Add dramatic flair with a smoked rosemary garnish to tantalize your guests taste buds.

The Components

  • 50ml Brockmans Agave Cut
  • 12.5ml Lime Juice
  • 25ml Pink Grapefruit juice
  • 7.5ml Rosemary Syrup
  • 50ml Soda
  • Grapefruit Twist and Smoked Rosemary Garnish

Method

  1. Add all non-carbonated ingredients to a shaker, add ice, and shake hard for five seconds.
  2. Strain into an ice filled glass and top with soda.
  3. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit and a smoked sprig of rosemary
