Brockmans Gin Ltd, a company registered in England (05988509) hereafter described as “Brockmans Gin”.

By using our website, and placing your order with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out below. Use of any functionality of constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. Brockmans Gin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these Terms and Conditions.


It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK therefore you must be aged 18 or over to access our website and to purchase alcohol from Brockmans Gin. When accessing our website you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

If your order is a gift and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older. An adult over the age of 18 will be required to sign for delivery.

We aim to ensure the prices shown are correct. If an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.

While every effort is made to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible. In these cases we will replace the item(s) in question with a substitute of the same/greater value or if you prefer provide a refund for those item(s).

We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Merchandise prices and specifications are also subject to change without notice.

Even where your payment is accepted by our systems, no contract shall exist until Brockmans Gin has dispatched the items to you.

Brockmans Gin will not be held responsible for any loss, consequential loss or damage to any individual or business which may have occurred from the use (or misuse) of any product or any information contained on this website.


All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Payment may be made using Credit/Debit card through our secure website.

Card payments are made through a secure server. Brockmans Gin does not store your financial details and your personal details are not passed to any third party other than your chosen payment vendor.

Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.


We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days (UK Standard Shipping) and cannot accept liability for any delay. We will endeavour to have your order delivered as soon as possible.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.  Any costs associated with a failed delivery of this nature will be borne by the recipient.

It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit and Brockmans Gin shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund.

Customers accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt.

Brockmans Gin will not be liable for any damage caused by customer mishandling.


Regrettably, delivery charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind please ensure that you request a stamped ‘certificate of posting’ to keep as a receipt as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post that fails to reach our warehouse. Any damages to goods in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours and remain within its original packaging.  

If the products are seen to be damaged on delivery then please make our delivery driver aware. You are perfectly entitled to refuse to accept damaged deliveries and entitled to a like for like swap or refund, whichever is preferable.

We cannot accept returns unless the product(s) is deemed to be defective. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product(s).  Once received, your return will be inspected by us before a refund is issued.   All returns will be at the discretion of Brockmans Gin. Should the product(s) be deemed defective then a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

In order for us to handle your return, please ensure that you include a copy of the invoice from the original order. If you have any other questions or do not have the invoice, please contact us with your details and the Order number.

If there is an issue with the order please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product(s).

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if an incorrect address, postcode or incorrect contact telephone number is provided. Please check this information when placing your order. This may delay delivery and can lead to additional delivery costs for you.


These Online Sales Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England.
