Herbal Sour

For our Herbal Sour… Muddle a large sprig of Tarragon and fresh ginger in a shaker. Add all the other ingredients. Dry shake. Wet shake with large ice cubes. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a sprig of Tarragon.

Our take on the classic sour...

The Components

  • 50ml Brockmans Intensely Smooth Gin
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 25ml Egg White
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 1-inch Fresh Ginger
  • 3-4 Fresh Tarragon Sprigs

Method
