
Herbal Sour
For our Herbal Sour… Muddle a large sprig of Tarragon and fresh ginger in a shaker. Add all the other ingredients. Dry shake. Wet shake with large ice cubes. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a sprig of Tarragon.

The Components
- 50ml Brockmans Intensely Smooth Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Egg White
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 1-inch Fresh Ginger
- 3-4 Fresh Tarragon Sprigs
Method
