Take a sip...
- 35ml Brockmans Gin
- 25ml grapefruit juice
- 15ml lime juice
- 20ml simple syrup
- 5-6 mint leaves
- Top with Prosecco
- Garnish: a twist of orange or grapefruit zest and a mint leaf
- Combine all the ingredients with ice and 5 mint leaves to a shaker.
- Hard shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with a twist of grapefruit zest and a mint leaf or sprig of mint.
