  • 40ml Brockmans Gin
  • 40ml Aperol
  • Juice of 2 Satsumas
  • Prosecco


  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes and add the first 3 ingredients and stir before topping with chilled Prosecco.
  2. Garnish with a cocktail stick skewer of Satsuma peel and blueberries.
