Brockmans Autumn Tonic

Pour Brockmans, spiced pear liqueur, lemon juice and five spice simply syrup into a Collins glass and top with the tonic water. Add ice and stir a few times. Garnish with star anise and pear slice.

The Components

  • 40ml Brockmans Gin
  • 15ml Spiced Pear Liqueur
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Five Spice simple syrup
  • Fever Tree Tonic
  • Garnish: Star anise and a sliver of pear.

Method

  1. Pour the first four ingredients into a Collins glass and top with the tonic water
  2. Add ice and stir a few times. Garnish with star anise and pear slice
