Introducing our 2018 Spring Cocktail Collection.

For our Spring cocktails, we’re taking you into the garden – specifically the kitchen garden and rose border with a new after-dark cocktail menu that includes rose, beetroot and carrots, before turning to contemporary twists on some cocktails classics. The menu then rounds off the evening by serving coffee as you may never have tasted it before. 

BM Purple SpringPURPLE SPRING

Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 45ml Beetroot juice
  • 200ml Rekorderlig Wild Berry Cider

Method

Add 50ml Brockmans and 45ml Beetroot juice to a shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a stemmed Copa glass (bowl glass) filled with ice. Then top with Rekorderlig Wild Berry Cider and give it a gentle stir.

Garnish with a very thin slice of dehydrated beetroot and edible flowers for a touch of spring.

What's Up Brock CocktailWHAT’S UP BROCK?

Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml Lejay Apricot Liquor
  • 25ml Fresh Carrot Juice
  • Fresh Coriander (Optional)

Method

Add 50ml Brockmans, 20ml Lejay Apricot Liqueur, 25ml Carrot Juice and about 5 fresh torn coriander leaves to a shaker of ice cubes and shake vigorously.

Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.

Garnish with the green stem of a carrot.

Brockmans FroséFROSÉ

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45ml Brockmans Gin
  • 25ml Combier Rose liqueur
  • 5ml Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 100ml Sweet Rosé Wine
  • 2x small scoops crush ice

Method

Add 45ml Brockmans Gin, 25ml Combier Rose Liqueur, 5ml Lemon juice and 100ml Rosé wine to a shaker and shake over ice. Then strain the contents into a large stemmed wine glass filled with crushed ice.

Alternatively, add all the ingredients into a blender with ice cubes and blend until the ice is crushed, then scoop the frozen mixture into a large stemmed wine glass.

Garnish with sugared or fresh rose petals.

BM Negroni BlancoNEGRONI BLANCO

Ingredients

  • 35ml Brockmans Gin
  • 35ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 40ml Sparkling grapefruit (20ml Grapefruit juice / 20ml soda water)

Method

Fill a tumbler glass with ice cubes then add 35ml Brockmans Gin and 35ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco and top with equal measures of Grapefruit juice and Soda water. (40ml in total) Give it a gentle stir in the glass.

Garnish with a thin wedge of Pink Grapefruit.

Brockmans VermouthSUNDOWN VERMOUTH

Ingredients

  • 35ml Brockmans Gin
  • 25ml Rosso (red) Vermouth
  • 15ml Lejay Triple sec

Method

Fill an old fashioned glass with ice cubes pour in 35ml Brockmans, 25ml Rosso Vermouth, 15ml Lejay Triple Sec and stir in the glass.

Garnish with a thin slice of dehydrated orange.

Mocha MartiniMOCHA MARTINI

Ingredients

  • 35ml Brockmans Gin
  • 15ml Mozart Dark Chocolate Liquor
  • 50ml Fresh espresso
  • To sweeten: add vanilla syrup, sugar syrup, or sugar cubes to required taste.

Method

Add 35ml Brockmans gin, 15ml Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur and 50ml shot of Espresso into a shaker of ice and shake vigorously. Then strain into a Martini glass.

If you like your coffee sweeter, simply add vanilla syrup, sugar syrup or sugar cubes before shaking.

Garnish with chocolate powder and fresh coffee beans.
