A beautiful Autumnal Cocktail using Brockmans Gin: When Ginger Met Ruby

Make your own:

  • Gin, ginger and portFill a short tumbler / whiskey glass with ice cubes
  • Add 40ml Brockmans
  • Add 20ml Ruby Port
  • Top with a premium Ginger ale
  • Garnish with grapefruit zest, fresh ginger and a grating of nutmeg

Best served with the Sunday papers alongside a roaring log fire, whilst Kaiser Chiefs “Ruby” plays softly in the background.
