Better get ready go to hard if you’re going for food; choices like the Flat-iron steak and 280g Welsh Wagyu Burgers aren’t for the faint-hearted, and a delightful brunch banquet of eggs benedict, cooked breakfasts and specialty Bloody Mary’s are served at the weekends.
We met up with General Manager, Adam Spinks who has created a take on the classic Gin Daisy for us – but with a modern twist!

- 50ml Applewood smoked homemade marmalade
- 25ml lemon juice
- 5ml Pomegranate syrup
- 20ml Yellow Chartreuse
